According to hadith:

The prophet Muhammad (PBUH) did not go to sleep without reciting surah al-Sajdah and al-Mulk (Tirmidhi # 2901)

According to another hadith:

One the day of resurrection, surah al-Sajdah will have two wings and gives shade to its reciters, it will say to the angels that they must not seize any of its reciters. Surah al-Sajdah and al-Mulk have sixty pieties more than other Surahs. (Tafseer Ruh-ul-Ma’ani)

Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (RA) narrated the hadith:

If anyone recites surah al-Sajdah and al-Mulk between Maghrib and Isha then he is as if he kept vigil an Laylatul-Qadr (Tafseer Ruh-ul-Ma’ani)

The prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used to recite surah al-Sajdah in the salah of Fajr on Friday (Tirmidhi # 520)
